            Properties：Blue-black powder. Insoluble in water. Dissolves in sodium sulphide solution as a                                    dull yellow-green cryptochrome. Dissolves in concentrated sulphuric acid as a                                          violet-blue colour and produces a blue-black precipitate when diluted.

          Application：Mainly used for dyeing cotton and linen fibres, it is the main colour dye for navy                                      blue.
