Desulfurization Adsorbent Application:1.Activated carbon and iron oxide desulphurising agents are used under oxygen- free conditions with low sulphur capacity and poor desulphurisation accuracy, and cannot be used in the liquid phase. 2.HT-702 type compound oxide fine desulphurising agent can make up for the above deficiencies. 3.The desulphurising agent is suitable for the removal of H2S and element S from liquid hydrocarbons such as liquefied gas, light hydrocarbons, naphtha, solvent oil, gasoline and diesel. It can solve the corrosion of copper flakes of liquid hydrocarbons. 4.It is also suitable for the fine removal of H2S from various gases such as natural gas, (semi-)water gas, air gas, coke oven gas, conversion gas, CO2 re-gas, food CO2, synthetic raw material gas, biogas, waste gas, etc. The application range is wide. Large working sulphur capacity: one-time fine desulphurisation of H2S with a sulphur capacity of ≥ 20%. High accuracy of desulphurisation: when the inlet H2S is greater than 1000ppm, the outlet H2S is ≤ 0.1ppm.Can be applied under O2-free and liquid-phase working conditions, as well as for fine desulphurisation under high concentration CO2 systems. High strength and good water resistance: no significant chalking after boiling for 2h or soaking for 1 day; no significant change in strength even after 50 impact tests under 10MPa pressure with abrupt filling and depressurisation. |
